Hello From the Road,
Three weeks have past since Ron and I left Asheville to restart the Journey of Dreams Project. It took over a year for us to recover from injuries and financially prepare for this leg of the journey. On our way out of town with Sheba and Sage in tow and securely housed in our 24 foot RV, we looked at each other with amazement, shock, exhaustion and mere disbelief; we were actually heading for our departure location in St. Augustine, Florida. I have many stories to share, but I feel compelled to expose my worst fears of dealing with mean motorists who refuse to share the road.
It is clear to me that danger comes into our lives from many different directions. Some people have been known to take the extra precautionary measure to avoid a dangerous situation, like extra life insurance at age 90. Then there are those individuals
